ACC Machinery Company Ltd. (AMCL) is a 100% owned subsidiary of THE ASSOCIATED CEMENT COMPANIES LIMITED (having annual turnover of more than US $ 675 Million), one of the largest cement manufacturing companies of India. AMCL was founded in 1974.

To begin with, AMCL started with manufacturing unit at Kalwe, Thane, on the outskirts of Mumbai, and second unit was set up at Madukarai near Coimbatore. AMCL is in the business of design, manufacturing, supply and installation of machinery for Cement Industries, Rubber and Tyre Industries, Fertilizer,mineral processing,aluminium industries etc.

With increased demand for their existing range of products and to take up new range of products as well as to consolidate all the operations under one roof, AMCL have put up the most modern Plant at Butibori near Nagpur in central india. AMCL's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Butibori includes imported machining centers as well as high precision other machineries, housed in a covered factory area of 5000 sq.mtrs.

ACC's full support in the form of Research, Consultancy , Plant operation experience and personnel is always available to AMCL, being a unit of ACC.

AMCL have their own group Foundry, in the same premises. Most of the AMCL's products are with world renowned technical collaborations.
