AMCL an ISO 9001:2000 certified company is in the business of design, manufacturing, supply & installation of Vertical Roller Pre-Grinding Mill, Tri - Lobe Blowers. Amcl also manufactures Complete Range of Rubber & Tyre Machinery like Banbury Mixers, Mixing Mills, Tyre Building Machines, Tyre Curing press, Calenders, Extruders, Tube Splicers etc. To cater to need of various RMC Unit AMCL manufactures Bulk Handling System , Transit Mixers. All Machines manufactured in AMCL is in Technical Collaborations with various reputed Japanese Manufacturers. AMCL's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Butibori includes imported machining centers as well as high precision other machineries, housed in a covered factory area of 5000 sq.mtrs.

AMCL was founded in 1975 as a joint venture company of ACC ltd & Leonh Herbert Machinfabrik (Thyssen group company), Germany, with 74% stake of ACC with manufacturing unit in Kalwe(Mumbai). In 1995 ACC bought over 26% equity from Leonh Herbert and AMCL become wholly owned subsidiary of ACC. In 1995 second manufacturing unit was set up at Madukkarai, Coimbotore in southern part of India. To consolidate all the operations under one roof and to take up new range of products, a modern state - of - the art manufacturing unit was set up at Butibori, Nagpur , Centre of India in the year 1997

In March, 2008 HNG (Hindustan National Glass) group purchased 100% share of AMCL with a vision of entering in the engineering business. HNGIL is the largest producer of glass containers in India having 6 manufacturing locations with a turnover of USD 300 million with a dominant market share of 65% plus.
